Kimberlee Emerald Payne is the managing broker of Emerald Living. Her passionate love affair with real estate started at a young age "inspecting" houses with her mother throughout Barbados. Never backing down from a challenge, Kimberlee started Emerald Living in the height of a global recession to show that anything is achievable with focus, hardwork and a determination to succeed.

 

Kimberlee earned her certificates in Real Estate Sales and Property Management from the Barbados Community College, and is also a member of the Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers Association (BEAVA) and The Barbados National Trust. Kimberlee attributes her varied skills in customer service, public relations, marketing and sales to her previous employment roles.
